Telehealth Setup Instructions (Healow app)

1) Download the Healow app

2) Search for “NY Midtown OBGYN” as your practice, or use practice code “BGBCDA”

3) Username is: FirstnameLastnameBirthYear

4) Temporary password is: Obgyn123

5) User Validation: enter either Date of Birth or Phone Number

6) Reset password: create your own password and security questions

7) Practice Consent: click the check box and accept

8) Log back into the Healow App with your username and new password

9) Allow access to camera and microphone
